In the rules it states that you can only trade "half your picks".  In other sections it states you can only trade "7" a year.  Problem is that it doesn't take into account any supplemental picks you were awarded when stating the "7".  So can we get clarification on this rule?  I would strongly suggest it should be half of all picks including supplemental.

Also for clarification......can you trade something like this and be legal in regards to "half rule"?  This is assuming you already have traded "half" your picks in FYPD;

Team A trades
-salary dump player
-FYPD picks 4.1, 5.1 and 6.1

Team B trades
-salary relief
-FYPD picks 12.2, 13.2 and 14.2

It says 7 for MLFAD and 12 for FYPD.  I know we said half but we couldn't trade half a pick since we do odd numbers of picks.  We have always had this rule and it's 7 and 12.  Getting Comps doesn't add to your total.  We will revisit the wording.
