Question on off-season yty players

I am sure it is somewhere but I couldn't find it....when you make your off-season FA/team declarations (like picking up options and so on) can you drop forever, with no penalties, any y2y player from your team you don't want?

Yes, you can drop any y2y player you want during the off season.
