I know the off season is over. With that being said am I able to start in season F.A bidding to fill my roster?

Actually it is not.  You can continue to bid in the off season Free Agent thread. 

In season Free Agency starts on Opening Day.

Just saw this thread. Thank goodness no one has acted on this as yet. We might wan to rethink this approach. Owners are not here much, if at all and to allow free agent bidding in the normal sense might not be the best idea. We should be suspending all roster moves until there is some clarity on the situation and significant activity among league owners. Let

You have a point but for practical purposes there is no player out there that is above replacement level to pick up.  With several teams still needing work to field rosters that are not comprised of injured players and minor leaguers, it is in the best interests of the league to help them do so.
