We wanted to inform everyone that Charlotte has decided to leave the league.  We are searching for a replacement.

Currently his 25 man roster is intact.  If we do not find a replacement the commissioner team will bid to fill out the rest of his roster if required.

With no replacement owner as yet, I took a look at Charlotte's roster.  It looks like their only big need is at SP.  This is a good fit for me since Manila will not be bidding on SPs the rest of the way.  I plan to make a few bids to accumulate some SP talent  for Charlotte so that they will be a representative team come opening day.
