Manila will be helping out with admin functions for PTB

I wanted to let everyone know that Manila has agreed to help out with administration functions for PTB.  You will start seeing him helping with free agent auctions, waivers, drafts, etc..... 

This is good for the league as life tends to get us all and having another dedicated member and part of the admin team will help prevent delays on the boards and on Fantrax.
