Topic Solved Mod

[Columbus Wild]

I have added a modification called topic solved.  This is normally used as a mod to marked issues on forums as solved but for us it will be helpful to mark topics as solved when they are complete. 

When the commissioner team  (Columbus, DC & Manila) is done processing roster declarations, free agents, waivers, drafts rounds, etc..., we will now mark these threads as solved and it will add a green check mark to the thread and also highlight it in green.

I believe this will be a good mod for us to keep track of what is complete and pending.
