He's been released by StL and is on the Developmental squad of Yokohama Baystars in Japan.  I'm sure this question is hypothetical, but if he ever were to return to MLB, would he remain on my roster or would he go into a FA draft in this league?    really just asking for reference, I don't see him on a path to MLB greatness.

As long as you don't waive him, should he return to the US he would still be in your farm system. You currently have 58 open spots in your farm system so you might as well hold onto him as a lottery ticket until you need a spot. You never know.

If you are referring to FYPD, we are still working on those.  I have added picks through round 10 15.  We will finish rounds 16-20 before the draft.  I will take care of the Jake Fox issue
