The 2022 Playoffs start today. 

Playoff seeds and first round pairings are below.  As per the rules the playoffs consist of 4 division winners and 4 wildcards.  Seeding is by winning percentage.

2022 First Round Matchups

1. Shrewsbury Big Flies  vs  8. Kansas City Wonderboys

2. DC Wiffelballers  vs  7. Jax Pratts

3. Manila Folders  vs  6. Glenside Pride

4. Cincinnati Tsunami  vs  5. Baton Rouge Bombers

The final 3 spots went down to the wire and the league was very competative this year.   Congratulations to all the teams that made it.   You earned it.

Glenside is back in the final to defend his 2021 title.  DC is continuing his strong season and push for his first championship. 

Final round should be fun to watch.

Finals Round Matchup:

DC Wiffelballers wins the 2022 PTB Title with a 5-4-1 victory.   This was very tight matchup with multiple lead changes.  It basically came down to one the last hitter of the last hitter of the evening to determine the final score. 

Congratulations to DC on his first Title.

It took me 12 years, but I finally got one.  It was a very tough final matchup. I had to root against Voit in his final AB this season. An extra base hit out of him and Glenside would have win.

Glenside is a great GM. His team is very good.

Let me add my congrats here.  Probably the closest match-up I have ever been a part of!
