Hey, what's up? I've been preparing this draft for a couple of months and I knew for months that it would coincide with my summer holidays. Last Sunday I travelled to France and with all the travelling and stuff I totally forgot about Monday's start. On top of that, there is hardly any internet service at all where I am. So between forgetting about the draft and not having any steady internet connection, I have to ask the commissioner to do my picks, because there is no way I can reliably make the time slots.

Quick reminder that FYPD starts Monday.  I'll send out a email as a reminder as well.

Hey Everyone,

Wanted to let you know we will have a few new GMs.  Cookeville has decided to leave the league.  Additionally, Baton Rouge is not responding so we will likely be replacing him unless he shows up soon. 

First, we have a new GM already as you've probably already seen.  Please welcome Jeremy.  He will be taking over the Cookeville franchise.   

If we don't fill Baton Rouge before the draft, the commissioner team will draft for it until a new GM is found.

Just wanted to let everyone know recent and current events.

I've run into some issues trying to reinstall the portal on the new forum.  The old data hooks are in the database and when the new portal is installed it makes the forum unusable. 

I will continue to research how to make it work but I wanted to tell you what was going on.  I am still hoping to make this work.

I'm a little behind on doing this.  But I wanted to wait for the newest version of 2.1 to come out.  We are now upgraded to version 2.1.4.   

I will now be working on adding the portal and chat back to the forum.

Just to let everyone know, once the MLFAD is over, I plan to re-install the portal on this new forum version.  The bridge between the new forum software and portal seems to be set now.  This will bring back the front page, side panels and chat like we had on the previous version.

Could be a cookie thing, but it wasn't the site itself, that works without a problem. It was the pop-up soliciting the user name and pass. Instead of soliciting those data with the fields it always appeared with error.

Clear your cookies.  Also make sure you're using the https url: https://paintingtheblack.com.   

Old bookmarks are a problem since I changed the site to https.
